We have disbursed funds on thousands of projects throughout the United States, Canada, and South America. Our proven proprietary project cost and schedule control systems form the cornerstone of our disbursement management work. These systems are used to provide surety underwriting support, forensic examinations, disbursement management services, and customized risk mitigation solutions for a wide variety of clients.
We work for entities such as sureties, Fortune 1000 companies, developers, private owners, franchisees, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, contractors, and lenders. We believe in building relationships and understand the unique nature of

Owner/Developer Services
Owners want to be certain that project funds are used to pay for the Owner's construction project.
Payments are made to contractors based upon the schedule of values, the percentage of completion, earned value, and Owner work satisfaction. Disputes are promptly identified. Proactive dispute resolution activities are commenced immediately.
We provide solutions to Owners based on their unique needs for items required by stakeholders such as lenders and landlords. All of our work is customized to the needs of each of our Owner clients.
Our services are designed to work in support of the Owner's construction and financial management teams. We are familiar with owner project management systems such as USGN and Expesite and are able to integrate that information into our processes.
Surety Services
We provide independent services to surety companies including work in process trend analysis, project forensics, claim case management, underwriting support, document control, disbursement management, and contractor evaluation.
Our surety-focused disbursement and underwriting services are designed to help reduce and mitigate performance and payment bond claims for the benefit of the contractor and the surety, while adding additional credit capacity for the contractor.
We use the contractor’s information systems as the basis for our work. It is our belief this methodology provides the surety and the contractor with an opportunity to assess operational and financial reporting strengths and weaknesses. We frequently assist contractors with improving internal controls and job progress monitoring.
We work with professional insurance & surety brokers throughout the US and Canada to create to create surety-based solutions tailored to the needs of project owners, lenders, and contractors. We are not a surety agency or broker.
